HPA was instructed to produce revised planning drawings and full working drawings for 14no. Apartments within one new build block as a replacement for a single dwelling. The new building being designed over 4 floors from full basement parking to the second floor designed as attic rooms. This approach reduced the impact of the building visually from the street and maintained a relatively low ridge level.
