Millgate homes employed HPA to produce working drawings for this luxury block of apartments, consisting of 14 spacious one & two bedroom units up to 200m2 in floor area over 4 floors, the upper floor being built within the roof space to reduce the overall impact of the build.  Working drawings were produced for Building Control approval and construction. Basement car parking with all floors serviced by lift and a grand stair with central void & chandelier, extensive use of stone & feature brickwork to the exterior all added to the luxury feel.
