The 4500sqft dwelling was designed by HPA to reflect the style and scale of a converted threshing barn, which occupied the site up until the late 1980’s. The proposed building, along with the converted cart shed; re-instate the courtyard style form previously in existence. In addition to the barn and new outbuildings a new 4000sqft Farmhouse was sympathetically designed to complement the scheme. 

Following the planning consent HPA were appointed by Hicks Developments to produce full working drawings for the build, it was at this time, a basement was added to the scheme to provide accommodation for a cinema room and gym.

The building was awarded winner in the 2015 UK property awards.
