Cadugan Place is situated in the university area of Reading, on the former Kendrick girl’s school playing field. Due to its location and former use, this scheme attracted a lot of initial local opposition.  Therefore, achieving detailed planning approval for the scheme which sits perfectly within its Victorian and Georgian surroundings on a contentious site complying with Planning Policy Guidelines was a significant achievement.
