Following an original planning consent, HP Architecture were instructed by Millgate Homes to prepare a revised scheme for planning with a revised number of units on the site creating a mix of 12 homes of up to 4500sqft. Following the successful application, full working drawings and construction details were produced with construction completed in 2012.
